User Agreement

This User Agreement (the “Contract”) represents a legal agreement between you, the user (“you”) and Zijn Health, an upcoming startup based in the Netherlands (“Zijn Health,” “we,” or “us”). This contract applies to your use of the Zijn Health mobile application, our official website (www.zijnhealth.com), and all associated services, features, and content provided by us. Please note that this Agreement does not involve Apple, Inc., its subsidiaries, Google, Inc., its subsidiaries, or any other associated entity.
1. Acceptance of Agreement
We urge you to review this Contract thoroughly. By establishing an account, accessing or utilizing the App, you affirm that you understand and agree to adhere to the terms of this Contract. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU SHOULD REFRAIN FROM ACCESSING OR UTILIZING THE APP.
We reserve the right to alter this Contract periodically. We will alert you to any significant changes by email, through the App, or by presenting a revised version of the Contract for your approval. Your continued use of the App following the effective date of an updated version of the Contract will be considered your acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Disclaimer of Medical Services
ZIJN HEALTH IS NOT A CERTIFIED MEDICAL CARE PROVIDER, AND THE APP DOES NOT PURPORT TO REPLACE PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL COUNSELING, DIAGNOSE, MANAGE, OR TREAT ANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS. WE RECOMMEND CONSULTING WITH A CERTIFIED PHYSICIAN OR OTHER QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PROVIDER BEFORE MAKING ANY DECISIONS OR ACTIONS THAT COULD POTENTIALLY IMPACT YOUR HEALTH OR THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF YOUR FAMILY OR UNBORN CHILD. NEVER IGNORE PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE OR DELAY IN SEEKING IT DUE TO ANYTHING YOU HAVE READ ASSOCIATED WITH THE APP. ALWAYS SEEK ADVICE FROM YOUR HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS OR CONCERNS ABOUT YOUR HEALTH OR MEDICAL CONDITION OR IF YOU NOTICE ANY CHANGES IN YOUR HEALTH OR MEDICAL CONDITION. IF YOU BELIEVE YOU HAVE A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, IMMEDIATELY CONTACT EMERGENCY SERVICES OR VISIT THE NEAREST EMERGENCY ROOM.

WE DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR ANY MISTAKES, OMISSIONS, UNINTENTIONAL TECHNICAL INACCURACIES, OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS IN THE MATERIALS PROVIDED, AS WELL AS ANY BREACH OF ETHICAL OR MORAL STANDARDS IN YOUR COMMUNITY RELATED TO SEXUAL EDUCATION AND ASSOCIATED MATERIALS. NOTHING IN THIS CONTRACT SHALL EXCLUDE OR LIMIT OUR LIABILITY TO YOU WHERE IT WOULD BE UNLAWFUL TO DO SO.

3. Assumption of Risk
Our objective is to make certain health-related information more accessible and beneficial to you. However, the App cannot promise or guarantee improvements in health-related matters. Your use of the App, along with any information, predictions, or recommendations provided within, is entirely at your own risk. We provide no guarantees or assurances of any kind regarding the accuracy of the data, information, estimates, and predictions that we may deliver to you through the App. You acknowledge and understand that the App does not aim to replicate or substitute a medical or scientific device or healthcare provider.
